Though it looks like metal, it is entirely made from thread, giving it a soft, refined glow unique to textiles. About the Closure:

Care Instructions:

Hand wash at around 40°C using a mild detergent and soak for 10 minutes. Rinse gently in clean water, changing the water several times. Remove excess moisture with a towel and hang to dry in a well-ventilated, shaded area.
